What To Do With Leftover Cake: A Quick And Simple Recipe

Don’t throw your leftover cake. You can use it to create a quick and simple recipe that could wow your entire family.

What I have here is leftover banana cake. It didn’t appeal my taste buds that much. But when I use it for this simple dessert, I was surprise on how delicious it can become by just adding few ingredients.

Ingredients you need:

Leftover cake
Ripe bananas
Vanilla or banana extract (optional)
Nestle Cream
Condensed Milk
Sweetened Cocoa powder

Slice your cake according to your preference or size of your container to create the first layer.

Mash bananas using fork. Add the condensed milk, cream and vanilla or banana flavoring.

Top the creamy mixture into the sliced cake layer. You may sprinkle it with a sweetened cocoa power. Refrigerate the cake for at least an hour.

Serve it cold.

That’s it! So simple, right? But you will certainly be surprised on how delicious it is.
