26th St. Bistro by The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf is not a regular coffee shop you’d go to for a quick caffeine fix and some snack. This bistro in Net Lima Building, BGC offers an extensive selection of delightful menu items. Hence, you can expect a more satisfying dining experience.
Just like what you expect in a bistro, they serve full-course meal and some wine too to pair with your choice of food. So, they are not only offering coffee here, unlike their coffee shops, but they have the perfect wine to go with your choice of meal.
The 26th St. Bistro offers an All-Day Breakfast including Filipino breakfast like bangus, longganisa and tapa, served gourmet-style.
This is the Smoked Milkfish served with garlic rice, atchara jelly and salted egg salsa (Php365). What can you say? Well, I can say that it is very Filipino pero pina-level up na version (but improved version).
To warm your tummy, they offer delicious soup like their French Onion Soup (Php255) that look so appetizing. However, I am yet to try this one next time.
The soup is topped with sourdough and melted mozzarella. Here’s a photo I grabbed from Gmanetwork.com
Looks delish, right?
Included in their menu are selections of sandwiches, salads, main entrees, and pasta.
Their Creamy Pesto Fusilli with Grilled Chicken (solo: Php395) is so satisfying. Every bite is a delicious taste of creamy basil pesto. It is topped with parmesan cheese and sundried tomatoes, which adds a different flavor to the creamy sauce.
Their solo serving is so filling that it can be shared by two people.
Those who love cheese would definitely fall in love with their Mac & Cheese (Php355). It’s sauce is a mixture of three different cheese: provolone, mozzarella, and parmesan.
Aside from their delicious food, what’s so cool is their nice interior and homey ambiance.
